We ship worldwide using trusted carriers including InPost, DPD, Orlen Paczka, Packeta, and Poczta Polska.
Estimated delivery times:
- Poland: 1–2 business days
- EU: 5–14 business days (Standard) / 3–5 business days (Express)
- Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 5–14 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs, postal delays, or peak seasons.

Customs & Import Fees
International orders from non-EU countries may be subject to customs, duties, or handling fees.
These charges are not included in product or shipping costs and must be covered by the customer.

Lost or Stolen packages & Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and secure shipping address.
We are not liable for packages that are:
- delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout
- stolen, lost, or damaged after delivery
- returned to sender due to failed delivery attempts
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address details, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

All shipped orders include a tracking number.
