Large, custom, or wholesale orders may require additional time.

Shipping Services & Delivery Times

We ship worldwide using trusted carriers including InPost, DPD, Orlen Paczka, Packeta, and Poczta Polska.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Poland: 1–2 business days
  • EU: 5–14 business days (Standard) / 3–5 business days (Express)
  • Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 5–14 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs, postal delays, or peak seasons.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping thresholds (if applicable) are displayed on our website.

Customs & Import Fees

International orders from non-EU countries may be subject to customs, duties, or handling fees.
These charges are not included in product or shipping costs and must be covered by the customer.

Wholesale Shipping

Wholesale shipping rates, processing times, and delivery options are arranged individually depending on order size and destination.

Lost or Stolen packages & Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and secure shipping address.
We are not liable for packages that are:

  • delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout
  • stolen, lost, or damaged after delivery
  • returned to sender due to failed delivery attempts

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address details, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Order Tracking

All shipped orders include a tracking number.
You will receive tracking details via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
