Processing time varies:
Small orders are shipped within 1–2 business days
Large orders are shipped within 2–5 business days
Slight delays may occur during the festive season, sale periods, and national holidays in Poland. All local and international deliveries include tracking numbers. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a notification with your tracking details.

- Free shipping on orders over 250 zł.
- Processing time: 2–5 business days, as each piece is handmade with great attention to detail.
- Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days.
Orders shipped with InPost, DPD or Orlen Paczka.
Shipping Zone: EU
- Free shipping on orders over €150.
- Processing time: 2–5 business days.
Orders are shipped via National Post (Poczta Polska) with transit time 5–14 business days depending on your location.
Express shipping is also available via InPost, DPD or Packeta with a transit time of 3–5 business days.
Shipping Zone: AU–Canada
- Processing time: 2–5 business days.
Orders are shipped via National Post (Poczta Polska) with transit time 5–14 business days.
Custom Fees
Orders shipped to AU–Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or additional fees. These charges are not included in the shipping rate and must be covered by the customer.

We cannot be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or for packages that are lost, stolen, or left unattended at an unreliable location. Customers are responsible for covering re-shipping costs for any orders returned to the sender due to delivery issues.
